This is a mini series to warm up your spine and encourage breath – led movement.
I usually do each variation of the cat series 3 or 4 times, but I encourage you to listen to your body and have fun!
The meditation at the beginning and end is a “Sat Nam” (Pull the belly in with “Sat”, release it with “Nam”). You are making your whole body a mudra here aimed at raising your energetic vibration. “Sat Nam” translates to “I am Truth”, or “Truth is my true identity”.
