Here’s one of the delicious recipes that I have collected over the years, all of them are both healthful and tasty. First up:

HEMP MILK:

Put a tablespoon or so of hemp hearts in a jar of water to soak overnight. Drain, then put the hemp hearts in a blender and cover with 2-3 cups of water. Add a bit of vanilla, a pinch of salt and your favourite sweetener to taste.  Keeps in the fridge for 2-4 days.

Hemp hearts are an excellent source of essential fatty acids (including OMEGA 3 and 6), contain more digestible protein than any meat, eggs, cheese or milk and are rich in vitamin E. Tastes good in coffee too!
