Yoga in the Park! We gather to have fun moving our bodies and enjoying the present moment. All ages and abilities welcome.
Esplanade park is in Heriot Bay, just behind Terry’s Take-out. Down by the water where the plum trees thrive.
*Weather permitting. We’re west coasters, so a light sprinkle is no deterrent. Downpour…. then maybe we’ll save it until next week.
