Join us for an Energy Walk! You can expect a gentle warm-up, a cardiovascular strengthening section and a cool down stretch. Each Walkabout includes several Energy Bursts, which are (approx) 2 minute activity routines designed to get you moving, having fun and feeling great. This is also a great way to make new friends!
