Musical Theatre Add-on class

This is an add-on class offered to Drama class students only. After an hour of drama
training, this class will focus on Musical Theatre training to bring out their inner STAR.
Students in this class will develop coordination, basic dance technique and voice skills such as
projection, rhythm, and ear training. Rehearse singing in harmony, incorporate singing, dancing
and acting all at the same time and have fun along the way! Creativity and self expression, as
well as memorization and concentration skills will also be a focus as we prepare for our year end
show. Because these students will perform at festival and receive lead roles in our year end
show, commitment to class is expected. Triple Threat/The Company Musical Theatre program
allows performers to grow with others who share similar goals and interests when it comes to
singing, dancing and acting.
