Create space in your body and get centered. This is a vinyasa style class, which means we will begin with a series of standing, heat building postures (about 45 mins), then move to the ground for some longer held, cooling and calming postures. 5-10 minutes of deep relaxation included at the end of practice. All levels welcome.
