If you have mobility challenges or feel out of place in a regular yoga class environment yet want to stay in touch with your body, this class is for you. The whole class is done with the aid of a chair while still offering options to take your asana practice a little further.
Class is free of charge. Just be sure to sign in on the Quadra Circle sign in sheet when you arrive!
