In this class we practice 40-45 minutes Vinyasa, which means that each posture is connected to the next as well as to our breath. We use Ujjayi breath, which has a heating affect on the body, therefore this part of the class is great for physical challenge, warming up the muscles, lubricating the joints, burning calories and strengthening the whole body. Mentally and physically as well.
In the second 45 minutes of the class we go into deeper, slower stretches and work on the specific needs of the class. Hips, lower back, shoulders, neck are our focus on the floor.
5 – 10 minutes relaxation is also included in your class.
