Join Kate Alexandra Thursday mornings for something special! Try something new with your little one/s by joining in on some fun creative dance! The first half of this class will be guided expressive movement with your little one in Room 1. In the dance portion, Kate includes dance movements that link to the theme of the stories each week. Kids will learn fun moves like “Leap frog” or “What does the fox say?” Kids will then get to do further literary discovery of those creatures in the storytime portion. Kate also follows the words with her finger to assist tots in learning how to read. During storytime Mom, Dad, or another caregiver can enjoy a true break while laying in deep relaxation with a soothing meditation playing in the background.
This program is FREE, but we need parents to keep attending to keep it going.
